We are making payment even easier and accessible for our customers by providing a direct debit facility for rental payment with no additional monthly account fees or costs. This is provided by our partner Debit Success

For upfront payments we accept VISA, MasterCard, Amex and if required can provide a Bank Account Transfer facility – simply email info@habitualequipment.com.au and we will arrange an invoice to be created.

Habitual is based in Sydney, Australia, however we ship Australia wide!

In some cases habitual may choose to offer a discount for customer that prefer to pay for their equipment upfront. You will however never pay more than the recommended retail price for the equipment which is listed and confirmed at the time of your sale and will also be included in your confirmation email.

Shipping is calculated based on location and order weight at checkout. We have access to a number of different delivery partners and ensure that we provide you with the most cost effective and efficient options.

The latest COVID-19 situation has caused a backlog in transport and unfortunately impacted the arrival of our next order of equipment. We are expecting the order to land early June 2020 with delivery to you mid June 2020.

Typically 4-6 week lead times for shipments of orders placed after May 2020. We will provide you a more specific delivery date depending on stock and shipping at the time of your order.

Once the order reaches our warehouse, you can expect the equipment to be packed and on it’s way within 24 – 48hours. It is our priority to ensure your order is sent promptly so you can begin achieving those goals!

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and delivery details. If you are not available to sign for your order, you may be liable for a carrier re-delivery fee.

Delivery Australia wide between 1 – 5 business days.

All equipment purchased is brand new and has not been used previously.

If you chose the rent to buy option at the time of sign up upfront then you will receive brand new equipment. Make sure you check this box.

In cases where you chose to rent with no end of rent purchase option upfront then you will more then likely receive equipment that has previously been used. All equipment is thoroughly checked and ready for use.

Unfortunately not.

Please choose carefully as we will not refund for change of mind. If there is an error with your order or the equipment you have received is damaged we will repair, organise a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Although extremely unlikely. If your equipment arrives damaged, we will replace it for you. Habitual will work tirelessly to ensure every customer is happy with our products and that your routine is not impacted.

Some of our equipment requires assembly however the majority come ready to use. In cases where assembly is required we provide you with written step by step instructions within the packaging as well as online resources and video tutorials. You can visit www.habitualequipment.com.au/equipment and select the item to download the instructions and view the video.

For your piece of mind, all items purchased from Habitual Equipment are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months, excluding man made damage or misuse of product.

A manufacturing defect is defined as any fault in the product’s materials or workmanship.
The following conditions are not classed as manufacturing defects, and will not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty:

* Accidental damage

* Normal wear and tear

* General product misuse/abuse

Before any refund or replacement can be given, we may require you to return the faulty product for inspection. In many cases, we may simply ask for photographs of the product fault.

You will need to cover the costs of returning the goods to us and we will cover the cost of sending them back to you.

Many customers choose to use their equipment outdoors in certain conditions at their own risk. In some cases equipment may be subject to harsh conditions which may affect warranty such as but not limited to dropping onto direct concrete, sand and dirt as well as exposure to water/ rain. Please refer to warranty terms for further information.

For rental clients you can certainly use your equipment outdoors however we require protection from elements per our rental terms and conditions.

We do recommend storage out of the elements to ensure proper care and that your equipment lasts for the years to come. Sun exposure and rain may effect the equipment and will not be covered under warranty. So get those gains out in the sunshine but don’t forget proper storage when you’re done.
