Shipping Policy

Due to the current restrictions and ongoing updates throughout NSW and interstate depots our freight carriers have been impacted immensely and are experiencing delays through their entire system.
Although we have delivery timeframes noted below please expect delays to occur to your order. 
We, Habitual are working promptly to have your order processed and despatched in the space of 48hrs however please bear in mind that with the large influx of online shopping and freight deliveries there may be delays that are out of our control.

We kindly ask for your patience throughout this difficult time.


Orders placed before 12pm (weekday) will be dispatched within 48 hours*
Once your order has been confirmed dispatched you will receive confirmation including a tracking number.
You should expect to receive your order within 5-15 business days* Depending on your location.
If you know you will not be available to sign for your order please note ATL when checking out
With the current restrictions in place; if you have ordered multiple items, this may be spread
across multiple deliveries depending on the volume for each carrier’s delivery team.
Deliveries may take up to 21 days from the time of dispatch.

Our freight partners have ensured us that they are delivering in a contactless manner and they are taking a large number of precautions to ensure drivers and workforce remain safe.
It is important that you assist us by not placing an order for delivery to your location if there are active COVID cases.

These delivery teams are out there delivering in difficult circumstances to support the community – it is crucial that we ensure they can remain safe, to ensure that your deliveries can continue to be made.

You will receive an email confirmation including your confirmed delivery date.
On the day of delivery you will receive a notification via text msg as well as a phone call 30-60mins prior to delivery.
If you know you will not be home to sign for delivery please confirm ATL or get in touch ASAP.
Otherwise please ensure you are home for delivery on the given date as any redelivery required due to
no one being home, not being able to contact and no safe place to leave items will incur a $99.00 fee for any goods returned to Habitual plus a re delivery fee.

With the current COVID19 restrictions causing a great increase in orders we kindly ask for your patience as we work through each order to promptly service and look after you. 
Our local delivery team are delivering in a contactless manner however it is important that you assist us by not placing an order for delivery to your location if there are active COVID cases.

Drivers are committed to servicing all orders on the scheduled date and in some cases, depending on the location will service after standard delivery hours.

Fast Australia Wide Shipping

We offer Australia wide shipping at very reasonable rates. 
Shipping is calculated based on location and total order weight at checkout.
We have access to a number of different delivery partners and ensure that we provide you with the most cost effective and efficient options.

Which Shipping Methods are available?
We offer several shipping calculators to ensure each postcode is offered a rate.
Simply choose the lowest rate you see for delivery.
Regardless of the option chosen at checkout, we send all cartons via Road Express and any heavy items that require pallet delivery by Allied Express. 

**Our courier does not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers**

ATL (Authority To Leave)
At the point of checkout if you think you will not be home to sign for your delivery and are happy for your items to be left at your residence
unattended there is an option to enable ATL for you delivery before your order process is complete.
If this is enabled, we will have this arranged with our carrier*

Special Delivery Instructions
Please include any special delivery instructions e.g ATL, access to a unit block etc within the notes section when you are completing your order online.
If you forgot to add these in please get in contact with us as soon as you can after placing your order.
The delivery company will only deliver the product, they will not bring your order into your residence.
As our products are heavy and some oversized a tail lift truck may be required to unload items. 
Please note that if you are in a unit or apartment block our drivers are directed to deliver safely to street level of your residence and into a garage or storage if located on street level. 
Driver’s will not deliver up stairs or lifts into your apartment. Additional fees may apply if this is required/arranged.

Signing/accepting Delivery
PLEASE NOTE: Before you accept delivery and sign off on goods, please ensure you have thoroughly counted the number of items listed on the delivery slip as we are unable to replace items that have already been signed off as received.

You must sign off your delivery as ‘short’ if items are short delivered or missing from delivery.

If you are unsure of what is included, please refer to your original confirmation, in some cases not all items that were originally purchased are included due to stock shortages and agreed partial delivery requests.

SYD Metro deliveries are serviced by our local carriers.
Our drivers are instructed to deliver to ground level residence and businesses only. Although they will give assistance upon making delivery it is not within their scope to delivery items up flights of stairs or lifts. If requested this may incur additional charges.

Oversized Pallet Deliveries
Our Gym Packages may require delivery as an oversized pallet.
The delivery driver will unload the pallet/s via a tail lift of the delivery truck onto your residence only.
It is not within the driver’s scope to unload your items from the pallet/s and remove the pallet from your residence and/or business.

Order Updates – Shipping / Delivery Process
– Once your order is confirmed dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive tracking information via email an depending on the carrier email updates as your order progresses.

– Depending on the carrier you will also receive a phone call 30-60mins prior to delivery.

– Freight partners have their own delivery systems for unsuccessful deliveries so please be sure contact the appropriate contact for any queries re your delivery.

– After 3-days of no contact or further instructions, the package will be automatically returned to our warehouse and a 2nd shipment charge will be due from the customer before goods can be re-dispatched from our warehouse.

Pre Order Products
Please be sure to identify if your purchase contains any pre order products or if the product is available for purchase as a ‘back ‘order. 
Please note if you did purchase other items that are available and in stock you can have these items delivered/despatched immediately with the pre order/back ordered items available for delivery/despatch when stock becomes available. 
If you have purchased a package or bundle which contacts a pre order product/s you are committing to the package/bundle price.
If you choose to have the available items in your package/bundle delivered prior to the pre order item/s becoming available for delivery/despatch you cannot cancel or request a refund for change of mind or deciding to no wait for fulfilment of pre order.
